Goal
1. a more effective way of realising the economic potential of 172 hectares through a community led cooperative
2. helping to mobilise a church community through engagement with the wider community
Activity
intially we are using the Umojo model to mobilise the church community of Anivorano Nord, though without externally trained facilitation (apart from the bishop!); an associated task is to see if we can establish a cooperative model of working the land which may well involve setting up a formal cooperative.
Outcomes
a successful outcome will be a well managed partnership which is producing tangible financial and social outcomes for all the stakeholders. That is rather vague; this section will need to be updated as the project proceeds.
