(i) To equip the unemployed youth and school leavers with employable and marketable skills for self sustenance and national development.
(ii)To eradicate poverty at house hold and Community levels.
(iii)To contribute to the reduction of crime among the youth and make them productive members of the community
(iv)To provide opportunity for technical vocational up grading/progress.
