Goal
To improve the quality of life for deaf and hard of hearing children, youth and families through education, vocational training, community awareness programs and spiritual guidance to give them a chance for employment, financial independence and successful integration into society in Egypt.
Activity
The Deaf Unit has five main ministries: School and Boarding House; Training; Audiology Clinic; Vocational; Training Centre and Deaf Club.
Outcomes
To equip deaf children, youth and families, improving the quality of life of deaf people by providing and facilitating access to employment and income in order to promote their social and financial independence.
