Goal
To give care and support to the care givers four times in a year (to take them out on a trip to an environment that will offer them an opportunity towards self care )
Activity
Taking them out on planned retreats, inviting motivational speakers, allowing for freedom in order to engage in activities that allow them to deal with different emotional challenges that they could be going through at that time.
Outcomes
Sustaining the physical, psycho-social as well as the spiritual status of all care givers.
