Goal
Delivering a support package for people living with HIV who are not economically able to support themselves whilst they recieve treatment.
Activity
We provide accommodation and subsistance to people from around the state of Tocantines, who travel to the city of Palmas to recieve HIV treatment from government hospitals. We have 12 beds and host around 48 people on a rotation per month.
Outcomes
We have 12 beds and host around 48 people on a rotation per month. This not only improves the standard of health and quality of life for people living with HIV, but also helps them to build their self-esteem and confidence.
