Dhaka Diocese, Church of Bangladesh Dhaka Diocese of Church of Bangladesh has four deaneries, one city pastorate and a total of 64 parishes with equal number of churches. The diocese has an active evangelical program particularly in Rangamati area among the tribal community. The diocese has a good number of social and economic development programs including health, education, professional skill development, micro-credit, food security, arsenic mitigation, climate change adaptation, youth and women development, alternative livelihoods promotion, advocacy and networking and so on for poverty reduction, establishing rights and justice, and building resilience against natural and climatic catastrophe.
