The resource pack empowers Anglicans to campaign for tougher action from world leaders in dealing with the food crisis.
The move comes as the Council of Provinces of Africa makes an appeal for the 12.4 million famine victims in east Africa.
It also builds on the calls by Anglican leaders in some of the G20 richest countries in the world earlier this year for measures to increase food production in developing countries.
A key part of the resource pack are model letters calling on the international community to provide long term support for farmers as well as immediate help for the starving. There is also a briefing and some suggestions for action to keep the food crisis high on the public agenda.
