Through the Christian Foundation for Rural Development (CFRD) we are: – promoting activities that will enable the wide spread of cultivation of economic trees and food crops and rearing of livestock in rural areas. – promoting skill acquisition projects that will facilitate growth and development in cottage industries. – engaging in holistic health care programmes to help fight against common epidemics such as: river blindness, polio, Tuberculosis (TB), leprosy and HIV/AIDS. – enhancing the health condition of the rural women and children through adequate provision of water sanitation system and health care delivery and services. – promoting the establishment of Early-child Care programmes and primary school services
